How I help Golfers

I don’t adjust your grip or tweak your posture. What I do is help you play your best golf with your own swing. Golf is as much a mental game as a physical one, and the difference between a good shot and a great one often comes down to how you think, feel, and focus.

The work is highly individualized. Every golfer has unique strengths, habits, and ways of responding to pressure. Together, we explore the thoughts and challenges that affect your performance, and develop practical strategies to manage tension, stay focused, and maintain composure. This often includes building clear pre-shot and post-shot routines, sharpening decision-making, and learning how to reset after mistakes—tools you can rely on when it matters most.

The goal isn’t to change your swing—it’s to clear the mental barriers that keep your best golf from showing up. We work on techniques such as visualization, self-talk, breathing and arousal control, attention-shifting strategies, and mental rehearsal, so you can stay calm on the first tee, maintain focus under pressure, and recover quickly from mistakes. These strategies allow your natural ability to shine and your performance to match your potential.
